Action Will Lead To Success
There is no doubt that the power of action is success. Zig Ziglar once wrote: “The major difference between the big shot and the little shot is the big shot is just a little shot who kept on shooting.” Keep active and things happen, stop and they don’t.
“Action makes things happen, inaction lets things happen” ~Brian Verigin
There is no truer statement than: “Action makes things happen, inaction lets things happen” ~Brian Verigin – which do you want to be, the one that makes thing happen or will you just wait until things happen around you? The power of action cannot be overemphasized, and the worst thing you can do if you want to succeed online is nothing.
If you want to succeed with an online business, then follow the advice of Walt Disney: “The way to get started is to quit talking and begin doing.” This is a guy who made his billions by copying the works of writers such as the Brothers Grimm that had come into the public domain due to their age. He saw an opportunity and grabbed it before somebody else did. You should do the same.
They Waited. . . And Nothing Happened!
If you see an opportunity related to your home business then grab it and get started. Don’t wait around or somebody else will do it before you. Successful entrepreneurs have always been quick to take action on chances they identified, while those that lag behind them waited. They hoped for that answer to their prayers that would bring success to them. This perfect answer never came, and they watched the chance-takers that acted immediately galloping off into the distance. Still they waited. . .
Waiting is for losers
And nothing happened! Waiting is for losers, and if you want to be a winner in your life and in your online business, you have to act whether the time seem perfect or not. Better to fail three times and then succeed than not to even try! There is no doubt that the extraordinary power of action is success. You can’t succeed without it!
Let’s think about the results of inaction. You can spend your entire life doing nothing, and guess what you get at the end of it? Nothing! Alternatively, you can focus your mind on what you want, get together all the information and data you can to help you get there and then weight up the facts as they stand.
Planned Waiting is an Action
That should be enough to enable you to make a decision one way or another: to act now or to wait. Even waiting is a planned action if that’s the right thing to do, and better than not even bothering to weight up the facts. The time is not always right for action, but if you have identified what that time is, or the accumulation of facts or events that makes the time right, then you have taken positive action and will be ready when the time comes.
May people remain inactive for fear that they will fail – so what?
Do not allow fear of failure to influence your actions. May people remain inactive for fear that they will fail – so what? If they do nothing they will fail anyway! There is nothing wrong with taking action, and one important power of action is that it gives you a sense of being in control: you are doing something to influence the attainment of your goals rather than just waiting to see what happens.
If you ever feel unsure whether you should take action or not, then just think of the respective consequences. What would happen if I tried and failed – would that be worse than not trying and nothing happening? Never leave yourself in a situation where you can say “I wish I had. . .” or “What if. . .” No ‘what if’s’ here or ‘I wishes’ – these are words for failures, not for you.
Robert The Bruce Understood the Power of Action
Tell yourself that you WILL Succeed, and then do something to make it happen. Remember Robert the Bruce and the spider: he watched a spider repeatedly try to build its web in a cave, and then succeeded on the 7th attempt. The Bruce was a Scottish king who had failed to beat the English army in Scotland six times. The spider spurred him into action a seventh time when he defeated the army of King Edward III at Bannockburn, freeing his country from English rule.
You can be the same with your life ambitions or with your online business.
The extraordinary power of action brought Robert the Bruce eventual success. He could have done nothing – he could have stopped after six attempts, but he didn’t and freed his country for centuries. You can be the same with your life ambitions or with your online business.
Never give up, take action and keep taking action until you succeed, because one thing is sure. You will never achieve success if you do nothing. The power of action is success: the power of inaction is failure.
